I have no experience with surgery before and it was my first time here at Sono Bello. I did not know what to expect but the Dr. and staff made the process easy for me. It's a life changing experience.

I visited Sono Bello in Bellevue not sure of what to expect, just the idea of going in there was intimidating enough. The friendly and welcoming way I was greeted by the staff really help me feel comfortable while waited for my consultation. By the end of the consultation, I was sure I wanted to move forward with the procedure, all my questions were answered and it didn't feel like a marketing pitch. From the pre-op appointment to the first follow up, I really appreciate the charisma of the staff members, from the front desk to the nurses and special thanks to the nurse who took care of me during the procedure Theresa and Dr. Sobrino who managed to make feel comfortable in a situation where physically was uncomfortable. To top it of, being able to speak to the Dr. Sobrino in Spanish it was great! Thank You ALL. Now I just have to get through the healing process and enjoy the results.

I have and will continue to tell them that this was the best decision I've made in a long time! After having 2 children and a back issue that made it difficult for me to get my body back, I knew it was something I wanted to do... just didn't have the courage to do it. I had the most amazing experience at Sonobello from my very first point of contact with Liz... to the reception staff... to the Nurse and Surgeon (Dr Maarten) ... to the PA Katie post-operatively. It was consistently pleasant and professional. Many staff went above and beyond in their compassion and kindness! I am less than 2 weeks out from my procedure and I am already so thrilled with the results and had very minimal discomfort and recovery! Making the decision to have any surgical procedure can be frightening if you haven't had much experience with surgery. You don't really know what to expect. But the nurses, doctors and staff with whom I have had the pleasure to share my journey made the decision easier for me, because they were so knowledgeable and kind. I always felt like I was special, almost like the "only patient", they always had time for me, and my doctors were available 24/7 if I needed any help. I had a wonderful experience at this location! It was so easy to get to, find parking, etc... You walk in to a beautiful office and smiling, friendly faces at the front desk. My consultant was wonderful, and immediately put me at ease. She was thorough and explained everything my procedure would entail and what it would cost. I felt like she really understood what I wanted to accomplish with this procedure. I was able to schedule my surgery in a timely fashion. I was able to meet with my surgeon at my pre op appointment and he was very professional and informative. He took the time to really understand what I wanted and helped me understand what to expect. The day of my procedure I was greeted by the same wonderful front staff and was introduced to the amazing nursing staff that took care of me throughout my procedure. They made sure I was comfortable through the entire visit. The pain during the procedure was mostly non existent. I couldn't believe it! My wonderful nurse, Lizzie saw to my every need and even chatted with me during my procedure. She made me feel so cared for, and I appreciated it so much. That night, my surgeon called to check on me and make sure that my pain was well managed. The post surgical pain was exactly what I had been told to expect, and I had what I needed to manage it and keep up with my kiddos the very next day. Periodically I would recieve e mails that addressed the exact questions I had on that particular day regarding my recovery. They were really helpful. I knew that if I needed anything I could always call and get any answers I needed. The staff take such great care of you. I am happy with the results I have achieved thus far, and look forward to the confidense my procedure has given me. I would definitely recommend this amazing group of individuals. They go beyond competent to compassionate.

This is my 3rd procedure at Sono Bello Tacoma this year. In April I had my upper and lower abs and love handles done. I was so pleased with the results, that I came back in October for inner and outer thighs. Finally, and completely unplanned, I decided to go for the Lift procedure in November. Liz was very helpful in assisting me in deciding what to do (or not to do) and then working with my schedule to establish the surgery dates. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful, similarly for the nurses, particularly Preet. I appreciate the amount of time that Dr Marten spent with me before the procedure to ensure that I would be pleased with the results (I added an area and glad I did). For the Lift procedure Dr. Dhaliwal and his team, particularly Katie, have been great. The pre-op meeting was very thorough and I feel there were no surprises as a result - it has only been a week, but I am happy with the results.

(5) I enjoy our time together.

I appreciated the staff's warm manner, from the front desk to the Dr and nurse in the procedure room. The procedure was surprisingly comfortable and I was actually back at work two days later! I experienced very little drainage and discomfort. Two-weeks post-op, I am thrilled with my results so far! The muffin-top is gone, the "permanent pregnancy" is gone, and I see a cute little feminine shape instead of a frumpy grandma body! I am told to expect even better results in the next few weeks, but even if I were to see no further improvement I'd still be so very pleased! I am in my mid-fifties and have a better figure now than in my youth or when I was teaching fitness classes 6 times weekly. I hate to be so vain, but the fact is that we women are judged by our appearance. I will be changing careers soon and I believe that my new-found confidence as a result of my improved appearance will , in addition to my skills and experience, will make me very competitive! As a bonus, my wonderful, patient husband will find I enjoy our time together more since I feel more attractive. I almost backed out, but this was one of the best decisions I ever made; a true investment in myself.

Sonobello was awesome. It was actually my second experience with Sonobello. My first was in 2008 and again in 2016. My surgeon, Dr. Esteban Marten, was wonderful. He was very soft spoken but very knowledgeable. He asked what I wanted and thought about my body not what he thought I should do. I asked him questions and he was honest about the potential results. Let me be clear, I am THRILLED with the results. If every physician could have a "bed side manner" like Dr. Marten, the angst and anxiety would diminish substantially. His surgical nurse, Sylvia, was amazing. She made me AND my husband feel comfortable. She walked us through each step of the procedure. And all the staff from the front desk, to pre-op and post-op and let's not forget Liz who made this possible for me.Thank you to the entire staff at Tacoma's Sonobello. You all were exceptionally awesome!

I love my new body! It feels a little odd at first, like a partial numbness for a week or so. The compression garment I wore for four weeks helped significantly with that. The procedure pain was very mild, similar to getting punched. Because there's no general anesthesia, I went home right after the procedure which only took a few hours. I was back to work in just two days! All my coworkers commented on the results immediately, even though there was swelling, pads, and a compression garment covering my true results! My bruising was gone within four days! My clothes no longer fit after two weeks! I have tried for three years to drop this weight, and I'm extremely happy with my body now (even though the final results won't be complete for another five months). I cannot say enough about the staff! They were very kind and never made me feel fat. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. My doctor had a very gentle touch and let us listen to soft music during the procedure! And I really appreciated the financing options. A lot of my coworkers would not even be able to consider having liposuction without Sono Bello's financial options. Thank you so much for all you have done!

Sono Bello has great customer service. You are greeted with a friendly smile when you walk in the door! The staff listens to your concerns and helps in any way they can. They follow up contact has been great, as well. The weekly emails really helped me understand each stage of the entire process. Although, I still have some personal goals to reach, the procedure I had at Sono Bello gave me a little piece of what I'm going for...happiness with myself.

All the staff were courteous, answered all my questions and very respectful. I was worried about the procedure and not feeling the pain and true to their word, I didn't have any issues with pain. It's early in the stages of healing so I haven't seen the results yet but the team has walked me through what to expect and encouraging through out the process.

With customer services being so poor today, Sonobello is one of the best establishments I have visited in many years. Most important to me in my experience at Sono Bello is the professionalism, courtesy, and transparency of all of the staff. For myself, it was a personal decision to make this step towards boosting my self image and I felt vulnerable going in to talk about it at Sono Bello. However, the professional manner in which the consultant worked with me regarding my objectives, educating me on the process, and discussing the options, truly alleviated my worries. I can say the same for the nurses and the doctor. Let's face it, making changes to one's body means talking about it, and letting the professionals look at it, touch it, take pictures of it, etc. But all of that was very comfortable because of the care, consideration, and professionalism each person showed towards me in every encounter. Throughout it all, I was kept informed of every aspect of the procedure, including what to expect before, during and after. I was happily surprised on three separate occasions I was asked to write down my expectations for the procedure. These were three opportunities to talk about what would take place and how close to my expectations the end result would likely be. One of those moments was the day of the procedure, and I went into it confidently. Every touch point was handled with the same level of professionalism, with the staff equally caring and considerate, and was an ongoing education - all of which built my confidence. This includes the doctor calling me the day after the procedure, and nurse in my one week follow up visit. So, it took me a long while to muster the nerve to make my first appointment with Sono Bello. Had I known then, what I know now about the experience, I would have been in long ago. It has not been long enough since the procedure to enjoy the final result, but based on what I've experienced so far, I'm certain my expectations will be met. I was cursed with love handless all my life no matter my weight. I decided to have Sono do lipo on my handles and lower abdomen. I was very nervous and unsure if it would work. After consultation with Liz, I decided to do it. I must say upfront that the entire staff and doctor were friendly, helpful and efficient. I appreciated the entire experience. The actual operation was almost painless and very comfortable. There was very light sting when the anesthetic were given. After that I had no problem. When the procedure was finished I felt great. The initial bruising and swelling was exactly as described and lasted about 1 week or so. There is some discomfort and light pain from the procedure but I describe it as like sore muscles after a hard hill climb. Not painful as much as sore. After a couple days Of taking it easy, I could do almost anything. I followed the instructions and I had no problem. Now I am 3 weeks and feel great. I look better than I can remember. I actually walk around with just my tank top compression shirt on. I am anxious to hit the beach without a shirt:):) I understand the final results will take 3-6 months. I look forward to the end results. In closing, I recommend Sono in Tacoma completely. My experience is excellant with the procedure, the doctor and the entire staff who are very fun and friendly.

Before going to Sonobello for my consultation I was lacking self esteem, feeling defeated, and was absolutely hopeless. I had tried dieting and exercise but it was no use. The belly fat refused to go. My consultation was with Liz and she is so wonderful! She was able to share some of her own past struggles and truly showed compassion. That day I left felling excited, hopeful, and let's be honest, a little nervous. 2 weeks ago I had my upper and lower abd done along with my waist. In this short time Sonobello has changed my life! I can walk with my head up and I definitely don't have to fake a smile any longer. I'm excited to see where my results will be in the next couple of months. Dr. Bullis and staff I am forever grateful! To all of you out there thinking of doing this for yourself... JUST DO IT! You deserve it and so did I!

I went in for a consultation, a week later I was scheduled for my trisculpt contouring. Upper/Lower Abs, Sides, Bra Rolls and Pubis. What I thought was a minor procedure wasn't as minor as I thought... What I wasn't prepared for was the 10 lb weight gain, pain, post-surgical swelling and tissue hardening. I'm only 10 days out and have a long way to go yet for recovery. I was back at work in a few days, but not pain-free. My abs, back and sides are still numb, and hard to the point of not being able to bend over fully. Be prepared and do the research for post-op recovery before going in. I don't know the end result yet, but have a pretty good idea I will be pleased. Would I do it again? Yes, knowing what I know now, I'd be better prepared for the post-op recovery. Everyone says this will improve, and daily I see improvement, just not fast enough for me....I'm a very impatient person. Customer service in Tacoma was very good. I liked my nurses and the reception area, and Liz was great!

From the first call with the Sono Bello Representative to my post op experience, I have been pleased with the service I received. The environment and staff at Sono Bello were especially pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Martin was very informative and thorough during my pre op appointment. He listened carefully and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was realistic with me about my expectations. The nurse and Dr. Martin took great care of me during my procedure. My post op experience was just as they had explained. I was back to work on day 3. It's been a week and I not only see amazing results, I feel great. I am only about 11 days post op but I am feeling great and I can already see results. I had my upper and lower abs and my waist done, and the main trouble was my lower abs after two c-sections, I just couldn't get rid of that area, and I can already see it looking much better then I ever achieved on my own. Overall I have had a great experience, I haven't been in "pain", only minor discomfort. However, being up and moving lessens the discomfort. Can't wait to see my final results!

The experience I had at Sono Bello was amazing. All the staff from the front desk to the nurses everyone was great. Especially Liz Downie she made you feel comfortable no pressure and answered all my questions. The Doctor who did my Lipo was Dr. Esteban Marten and his nurse Megan were amazing!!! I've already referred a few friends to try Sono Bello.

I felt the staff was professional, caring, compassionate, and experienced. I did not experience 9 or 10 for pain but stayed around 4,. I could tolerate it and had just right amount of pain med coverage. Thank you for taking care of me.

From the moment I made my appointment the staff at Sono Bella, St. Louis, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed regarding my decision. Dr. Shatz made sure I had a realistic expectation of what I needed to do for success and obtain the best results possible. Dr Shatz also visually gave me a true picture of what I will look like when my healing process is complete. No surprises except ""better than expected"". He followed up with me personally the next day to see how I was feeling from my prcedure. Thank you for your honesty, helpfulness, and a more than wonderful experience. Already my confidence level has gone from a 4 to a 10+. I'm already getting compliments one week out how good I look in my clothes. Best decision I've ever made with what I feel has been a minimal investment. I would not consider going elsewhere and hope that my friends take my advice to contact Sono Bella, St. Louis for their lifetime experience.
