  Oversees 3 successful businesses, strategically navigating each seamlessly with her organizational and problem solving abilities. Debbie takes pride in her team, and works closely with all team members to insure that every project is a success and that every customer is happy. Outside of work Debbie enjoys yoga, cycling, reading, daily walks, hiking, working out and spending time with her husband Lew.

  Owner Director of Operations Sales/ Estimator

  A seasoned project estimator for both commercial and residential projects, he takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. As Vice President of the company his goals include happy customers and continued client referrals. In addition to his primary job functions, Lew has been recognized for his extraordinary commitment to the successful completion of every project our team takes on. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, traveling, reading about history, cycling, and spending time with his wife Debbie.

  Office Administrator

  April is a dedicated, efficient, and a resourceful member of our team that has been with us for 16+ years. April is an essential part of our team keeping our office running smoothly by facilitating our day to day administrative functions. April is detail oriented and has sharp organizational skills. When you call our office, April is the one who will greet you on the phone providing customer support, offering information about our products and services. After carefully listening to your project needs, she will make sure that you are connected with our project support team based on the type of your project. Outside of work April enjoys the outdoors, camping, skiing, motorcycle riding and spending time with friends and family.

  Sales Manager/ Senior Estimator

  A loyal team member for over 30 years, Dean brings so much knowledge with regard to site specifications. He makes sure that all products, materials, and work that is required for each project is outlined carefully and ready for successful completion. A seasoned estimator, Dean takes pride in providing our customers the best estimate possible with the products and services that is hard to match in the field to make their dreams a reality. Outside of work Dean enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, skiing and spending time with his family.

  Brian Goodin

  Permit Specialist

  Born and raised in the PNW, with nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian joined our team as a full time laborer in 1993. It did not take Brian too long to demonstrate how hard he can work. His determination and great attitude continued even after he sustained terrible injuries as a result of a dirt bike accident. Even though Brian was not able to physically preform for the company, he was persistent to produce in a different capacity. Brian was presented with an in office position to assist with premitting and learn other aspects of project development. Over the years Brian has accumulated invaluable skills and experiences in the construction field. He loved permitting process and drawing designs that he never went back to being a laborer. Brian has been a great asset to our team. He continues to contribute as a part-time design and permitting specialist. Outside of work, Brian loves watching his daughter play volleyball, enjoys vacationing with his daughter. Motorcross riding, mountain biking, and camping are some of his hobbies.

  Senior Concrete Specialist Finisher

  Senior Concrete Specialist and Concrete Finisher. Henry is also our concrete crew leader. He is skillful and experienced in all phases of concrete set up and placement. Henry is a devoted team member that has been with us for 27+ years. He enjoys working outside in his yard, golfing & spending time with his wife and son.

  Jeff Pyles

  Heavy Equipment Operator

  Performing all aspects of site work, excavation and trucking, Jeff gets your project ready for the next phase of construction. A team member for over 18+ years, Jeff has the experience and required skillset. He is self-motivated and can demonstrate strict attention to detail when operating a heavy equipment. One of the greatest assets Jeff brings to our team is his attention to detail when it comes to safety. He is always aware of his surroundings before, during, and after operating any equipment. Jeff truly is a natural when he is operating heavy equipment on jobsites. He has an excellent body-awareness and able to coordinate his eyes, hands, and feet to subconsciously make the machine perform however he wants without having to think about every movement. Outside of work, Jeff loves the outdoors, collecting old cars and spending time with family and friends.
